1. Manage Documents and Templates

Modify templates, copy styles/building blocks, manage versions, compare/merge documents, link external content, enable macros, customize the Word environment.
2. Prepare Documents for Review

Restrict editing, mark as final, password-protect documents.
3. Manage Document Changes

Track changes, lock/unlock tracking, add/manage comments.
4. Advanced Editing and Formatting

Find/replace text and formatting using wildcards, set advanced page layouts, link text boxes, manage paragraph pagination, resolve style conflicts.
5. Create Styles

Create and modify paragraph and character styles.
6. Create and Manage Indexes

Mark entries, create, and update indexes.
